Online order was simple and easy to navigate. I saw some positive reviews but also read some that mentioned items were not shipped in time or were damaged upon receipt. I'd like to use BannerBuzz for future shows so I'm hoping BannerBuzz has resolved those issues and delivers our trade show banner in excellent condition on the date required.

I was placing an order, and their stupid site threw a stupid error after my PayPal payment went through. Such a silly programming error (database constraint), and after spending a few hours with their chat support, they said they could not do anything as they could not find my order. But obviously, they won't find my order as the system threw an error. I have also raised it with PayPal and followed up with them. Very frustrated! Such a waste of time

It was crazy easy to design, great prices. I worked on my design for quite some time and then I thought I lost it due to my own error. Nope, they recovered it so quick that before the tears could form it was back on the screen. Thanks a bunch!
