Honestly, I cannot say enough good things about this brand. Makeup is beautiful and great quality. The one time I requested a refund for an item I didn't like as much, the team emailed me back within a few hours and refunded the money to my account and told me to keep the product. Amazing customer service.

I love the cloud paints but I still find them a little over priced as I can find similar products on etsy for much cheaper. However, they have consistent products unlike my previous experiences with some other businesses. Good for sensitive skin too. Love their chemical exfoliate too. Shipping is not an issue if you buy above $50.

have made two online orders. Both orders have left out stickers and promo materials and even a receipt of purchase (we indicated we wanted the promo materials). Instore is amazing, but what is up with online fulfillment.
